Intellectual Property and License

The Content Creator retains full ownership of their intellectual property rights in the Content. By responding to Technic's written request with #YesTechnic, the Content Creator grants Technic and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use the Content, including all present and future intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and image rights. This license encompasses reproduction, translation, modification, distribution, display, and communication to the public, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, in original or modified form, through all forms of media channels. The Content Creator acknowledges their responsibility for the Content and any consequences arising from its use by Technic or its partners, absolving Technic of any liability. Additionally, the Content Creator warrants that they possess the necessary rights to grant such licenses and that the Content complies with legal standards.

 

Use of Content

Technic will attribute the Content Creator's name by tagging their relevant account unless explicit objection is received beforehand. The Content Creator's permission for Content use is implied by responding "#YesTechnic" to Technic's request, accompanied by a link to the current Terms and Conditions. The Content may reach a broader audience than initially intended.

 

Termination and Changes

The Content Creator reserves the right to revoke Technic's use of the Content by contacting Technic via email. Technic will make reasonable efforts to remove the Content promptly upon request. However, revocation does not apply if the Content is removed by the Content Creator from hosted websites, if the Content Creator changes their username or account status, or if the Content's audience settings are modified. Upon complete removal of the Content by Technic, these Terms and Conditions automatically terminate. Technic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, with the modified version becoming effective immediately upon publication.
