We ship within the UK, Europe and the USA. 

Please be aware that your delivery times may be affected over the Bank Holidays. Our staff work very hard and will be out of the office to enjoy the long weekends.

UK ORDERS: 
Orders within the UK have a standard delivery charge of £3.00 or free delivery for orders over £20.00.

MAINLAND SPAIN, PLEASE NOTE:
Due to changes in import regulations and procedures, we can no longer ship to Spain. Customs and regulatory authorities have implemented additional checks, extending processing times and rejecting shipments so in the worst cases, your orders are not making it to you.

Our products are available in-store and online at Primor www.primor.eu/es and online at Maquillalia www.maquillalia.com. For reliable delivery, please shop our products there. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Europe is charged £12.00 or free delivery for orders over £35.00.
USA orders are charged at £15.00, or free delivery for orders over £100.00.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. 

Orders will be dealt with and processed within 3-5 working days. Once processed, delivery time within the United Kingdom is 3-5 business days, and 7-14 business days internationally.

Please keep in mind that this time may vary during the holidays and busier periods and can take up to 14 days.

Heavier items may take longer, especially when travelling through customs from the UK. Please allow time for this if ordering for a specific date.

If you have not received your order by this estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further.

We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by customs or transportation strikes or delays, nor for any extra fees or customs charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.


Returns

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee!
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns that are received unopened, unused in a fully sealed and re-saleable condition. Refunds will be made minus our postage costs unless item is found by us to be faulty. The colour you see on your screen depends entirely on the settings of your monitor and all browsers interpret colours differently. For these reasons shades shown on the internet can never be more than an indication. We would always advise anyone thinking of buying an unfamiliar product to try out a tester first if possible.

Please note - We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at the checkout. We ship to the address provided so please be sure to double check your address before you order.
