Refund policy
Our policy allows for you to return a product and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or accept a return.
To complete your return, we require you to complete the returns slip provided in your delivery. Please send your returns back to the address given on the returns slip provided with your order. If possible please use the original packaging.
On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, refunds can only be provided on full-price items. For full details please see our terms and conditions.
Please note, the cost of the return will not be paid for by Technic Cosmetics. Returns sent are at the customers own cost and liability.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns that are received unopened, unused in a fully sealed and re-saleable condition. Refunds will be made minus our postage costs unless item is found by us to be faulty. The colour you see on your screen depends entirely on the settings of your monitor and all browsers interpret colours differently. For these reasons shades shown on the internet can never be more than an indication. We would always advise anyone thinking of buying an unfamiliar product to try out a tester first if possible.
